Questions we actually get
Is it really $99 for everything?
$99 a month covers all six founder-tier products, five seats, and 100,000 EF Credits of usage. Extra seats are $19 each. Past 100,000 credits we keep working and bill the extra at $1.00 per 1,000, or you can cap it. When we add a product to the bundle, you get it at no extra cost.
What are EF Credits?
One pool of usage you can spend anywhere in the bundle. Sending an email costs 1 credit. An AI generation costs the published rate for the model you used, and every rate is listed in your account before you spend it. Most months you will not think about it: 100,000 credits is 100,000 emails, or 1,000 AI images, or any mix. We alert you at 80%, and you can set a hard cap that stops metered work instead of charging you.
What counts as a free tier?
Limits you can actually run on. 1,000 subscribers on FlackEmail, 500 links a month on Beree, 20 generations a month on Seriate. Not a 14-day demo.
What happens when I cancel?
Two clicks, no retention flow, no call. Your accounts drop back to the free tiers and your data exports as CSV or JSON whenever you want it.
Does the price go up as you add products?
No. The bundle grows, the price doesn't. If that ever changes for new customers, existing subscribers keep their price.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes, $1,008 a year, about two months off the monthly price. Monthly is the default because we'd rather earn the renewal.
